Registration for NOeG Conference is required for all attendees
In order to register and upload a paper please perform the following instructions:
Step 1 - Registration: To create an account for the conference please REGISTER (after sending a valid e-mail address you will receive a link to a formular on which you should enter our password and your personnel information). For further visits you can LOG-IN with your e-mail address and your password.
Step 2 - Upload New Submission: To upload a paper choose the menu item UPLOAD NEW SUBMISSION under MY SUBMISSIONS, which appears after Log-In, and follow the instructions.
Step 3 - Information: You can find all your current information (personnel information, submissions, ...) by clicking on the tabs of MY PROFILE, which appears after Log-In.
Participants will receive an automatic confirmation of the registration details. If you do not obtain anything, please send an email to email@example.com to make sure that the organizer has received your booking. Registration will only be effective on receipt of the registration rate of 100 €, if any is necessary (NOeG non-members are required to pay a rate). Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.
Travel, accommodation and meal expenses are excluded from registration rates and result in additional expenses.
We recommend using bank transfer when registering for the Conference. All payments are done in Euro.
